Had a ride planned from Gold Coast to Tasmania and back. Was going to get my seat modified but after great reviews decided to purchase the Cool Dry Covers seat cover. Honestly first 700km day I was thinking hmm maybe I should have got the seat mod but from day 2 and rest of the trip it got better and better. For context this is the longest ride I’ve ever done and in the heat of NSW and the cool of Tasmania this is the perfect compromise. Rain wet bike doesn’t give you a wet bum, 40 degree heat still gives you airflow under your bum.

What do you do with the little metal tabs the hold the seat on in front? Do you make a little slit for them to do through or just put the cover behind them?
Fitted my bike seat perfectly and looks great . Made a fairly big difference on a recent long ride , less of a numb bum and stayed cool on a fairly hot day . Great investment I think .
The difference between this seat cover and the cheap copies is extraordinary. In fact having had both, can’t even call them a copy. The mesh on the cool dry is a definite padded mesh, suspending you above the wet seat. Huge impact on comfort as well, and an excellent fit. Extremely happy with product and service
